Note di Pranzi – I menu nella storia

Note di Pranzi – I menu nella storia is a traveling exhibition and a format that displays
350 menus from 1850 to today and a series of meetings that tell curiosities, stories and memories about the table, about menus and their testimony.

The first stage was held in Treviso at Casa Robegan in March 2023.

THE EXHIBITION
The exhibition of one of the most important private collections of vintage menus in Italy, that of Adriano and Rosalba Benzi of Acqui Terme (AL), in an interesting and complete thematic and chronological journey.

GOURMAND STORIES
A series of different hors-d’oeuvre appointments on the fascinating history of menus, mise en place, wine and perfume at the table, as well as a calligraphy workshop on the menu.

“TASTE TO KNOW”
Different talks on history and taste that tell the stories of the menus, from appetizers to coffee. Adventures of taste that end with a cooking lesson on historic menus and a round table on the state of the art of menus.
